I am one of seven kids in the Vale family. I was born and raised in Snohomish where I now live on a mini farm with my parents and siblings. I grew up on Crossfit. In 2007 my parents started Crossfit Snohomish in our garage, and I have been in the gym ever since. Crossfit has always been a huge part of my life because it never gets boring. Everyday there is something new to work on, or some new skill to learn. I became interested in coaching because I wanted to help others pursue fitness. I’m so excited to now help other people seek the benefits that Crossfit has to offer. In my time outside the gym you might find me spending time with my friends, family and dogs, going to church, doing school, milking a goat, or pretending it’s summer year round.
